Purchase your Alaska fishing license before you get here!

The Alaska Department of Fish and Game has made it very easy to purchase your fishing license and king salmon stamp prior to your Alaskan fishing trip.  You can either print the license at home or have them mail it you.  It's as easy as pie!

Some things to remember:

-Be sure the check the "non resident" box if you aren't an Alaskan resident

-Set the start time on your first day of fishing for 4:00 a.m. just to be safe.  While we seldom leave that early...you just never know!

-Set the time on your last day for 7:00 p.m. or later.  Again, you just never know. 

-Don't forget to purchase a king salmon stamp if you plan on retaining a king salmon.

-Lastly...don't forget to bring your license with you!!!!
